Fuck chronic pain

–I wrote this up months ago and then saved it as a draft. I don’t know why.–

I have become one of them. Who can’t finish sentences and who smile into nothingness. Who believe in the incredible, including, however briefly, the incredibly stupid. Who keep telling other sick people, really earnestly, “No, seriously, you just haven’t tried the right kind.”

I have become a stoner.

چرس پی کر احساس ہوا کہ جو کیفیت بچپن میں اتنی آسانی سے طاری ہو جاتی تھی، نماز کے وقت، ذکر کرتے، درختوں میں چلتے، کہ اللہ ابھی یہیں ہے اور اگر میں چلتی رہی تو دیدار ہو ہی جائے گا، وہ بڑے ہو کر چھن نہیں گئی ـ لیکن اسکو ڈھونڈنا ہوگا، اور ہر وقت میسر نہیں ہو گی ـ اور یہ ایک بہت بڑی مہربانی ہےـ
